Overview
IQTech is expanding its startup operations team at QSTP (Qatar Science & Technology Park)
IQTech
is an AI, VR & HealthTech startup incubated at QSTP and currently operating in seed-stage growth between healthcare innovation, immersive technologies and advanced medical simulation systems.
Our main project, Esculapio VR, focuses on AI-powered VR medical simulation platforms designed for healthcare, institutional and training environments.
Over the last year, our team has been actively involved in major international technology and startup events including:
• MWC Doha 2025
- and additional international innovation events.
- We are currently expanding our operational and strategic relations team and looking for
- 2 new part-time profiles
- interested in joining a highly international startup environment with strong growth potential over time.

Profile 1
- )
- This profile will support operational coordination activities connected to incubator relations, institutional communication, external follow-up, healthcare and military outreach support, meetings and partner coordination.
- Activities may include:
- Communication with incubators, institutions and external partners
- Meeting organization and operational follow-up
- Coordination support for healthcare and institutional outreach
- External relations and partnership assistance
- Startup operational support activities
- We are looking for someone organized, professional, adaptable and capable of communicating confidently inside an international and innovation-oriented environment.

Profile 2

- This profile will support growth-related activities including startup ecosystem networking, partnership outreach, investor and fundraising support, strategic relations and business growth initiatives.
- Activities may include:
- Startup ecosystem networking and outreach
- Investor and fundraising support activities
- Partnership and strategic relations assistance
- Business growth and expansion support
- International startup event and networking activities
- We are looking for someone proactive, ambitious, business-oriented and interested in startup environments, innovation and long-term growth opportunities.

- This is not a traditional corporate environment.
- The selected profiles will work closely with the founder and the core team inside a real startup ecosystem involving innovation, institutional relations, international networking, strategic partnerships and emerging technologies.
- Some days may involve startup meetings inside QSTP.
- Others may involve innovation events, institutional discussions, strategic follow-ups, investor environments or healthcare-related activities connected to the growth of the company.

Job Details

📍 Location:
QSTP — Doha, Qatar
🕘 Working Schedule:
Part-time — 4 hours/day
Starting from 10:00 AM
💰 Salary:
3,000 QAR / month
Fluent English & Arabic is strongly preferred.
Qatar candidates are considered a major advantage.
