Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Operations & Business Developer to lead our operational strategy and expansion efforts.
This role goes beyond managing daily operations—it involves building systems, developing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Building scalable systems
- Oversee and optimize daily operations across all locations
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes
- Lead expansion efforts, including opening new branches
- Good Comprehension on numbers
- Can Lead the teams and develop potential leaders
- Identify and execute growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in F&B or restaurant chains
- Proven experience in opening new locations and managing expansion
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
