About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Operations & Finance Coordinator to manage internal financial tracking, proposals, and operational processes.
This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy. The position also includes direct support to the Legal Consultant in a personal assistant capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Track client payments, expenses, and internal financial records
- Monitor and verify financial data handled by the company’s accountant to ensure accuracy of fees, commissions, and reporting
- Prepare proposals, engagement letters, invoices, and related documentation
- Follow up with clients on payments and required documentation
- Manage incoming leads and initial client communication
- Maintain organized records of all financial and client-related data
- Act as Personal Assistant to the Legal Consultant, including managing schedule, reminders, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination
- Handle direct communication and coordination on behalf of the Legal Consultant when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, finance coordination, or similar role
- Strong experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with accuracy and responsibility
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
