Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ERP Coordinator to manage end-to-end ERP system operations, ensure smooth business transactions across departments, and provide strong user support. The role focuses on operational control, system discipline, reporting accuracy, and user assistance across the organization.

This position is not technical development or implementation-based. It is focused on ERP usage governance, transaction flow monitoring, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Operations Management

• Oversee daily ERP activities across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, and HR (as applicable)
• Ensure all business transactions are properly recorded and processed within the ERP system
• Monitor workflow status and ensure timely completion of approvals and pending tasks
• Ensure adherence to defined ERP processes and internal controls

2. User Support & Issue Resolution

• Act as the primary escalation point for ERP-related user issues
• Troubleshoot operational issues such as transaction errors, workflow delays, and report discrepancies
• Provide timely resolution or coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations due to system issues

3. Data Accuracy & Master Control

• Maintain integrity of master data (items, customers, vendors, employees, chart of accounts, etc.)
• Review and validate data entries to ensure consistency and correctness
• Identify duplicate, incorrect, or missing data and initiate corrections
• Ensure proper classification and standardization of system data

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
• Prepare KPI dashboards and performance summaries from ERP data
• Support management with accurate and timely business insights
• Ensure report accuracy by validating source data in ERP

5. Training & User Guidance

• Train users on correct ERP usage and workflow processes
• Provide guidance on best practices for system usage
• Prepare SOPs and user manuals for ERP operations
• Conduct refresher sessions when required

6. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in ERP usage and suggest improvements
• Work with departments to standardize processes within ERP
• Ensure smoother transaction flow and reduced manual errors

7. Audit & Compliance Support

• Support internal and external audits with ERP data and reports
• Ensure traceability of transactions in the system
• Maintain compliance with internal control procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in ERP operations, support, or coordination role
• Strong understanding of business processes (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Finance basics)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple departments and priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERPNext, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
• Experience in trading, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or service industry environments
• Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards
