Operations Executive (NVOCC)

Handle complete NVOCC operations for import, export, cross-trade, and transshipment shipments.

Coordinate with customers for shipment details, booking requirements, documents, and cargo readiness.

Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, terminals, and port authorities for smooth shipment execution.

Arrange bookings with shipping lines and ensure space confirmation as per customer requirements.

Monitor container release, loading, vessel schedules, cut-off dates, sailing dates, and arrival updates.

Prepare and check shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, arrival notices, and other related documents.

Coordinate container pickup, stuffing, gate-in, loading, discharge, delivery, and empty return.

Follow up for BL instructions, draft BL approval, final BL issuance, amendments, and release.

Handle import delivery orders, demurrage, detention, port charges, and other operational matters.

Maintain shipment tracking and provide timely updates to customers and management.

Coordinate with accounts for freight invoices, payment follow-ups, debit notes, credit notes, and vendor invoices.

Ensure all shipment records, files, and system updates are properly maintained.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational issues in a professional manner.

Coordinate with overseas agents for destination charges, delivery status, and shipment updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and documentation requirements.

Support management in preparing operational reports, shipment summaries, and performance updates.

Good knowledge of NVOCC, freight forwarding, shipping line, and container operations.

Understanding of export/import documentation and BL procedures.

Knowledge of UAE port procedures, customs coordination, and container movement.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple shipments at the same time.

Strong coordination skills with customers, agents, shipping lines, and transporters.

Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Attention to detail in documentation and shipment updates.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
