We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Customs Clearance Executive to manage import/export operations, customs clearance activities, and shipment coordination within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete import and export shipment processes.
- Coordinate customs clearance through Dubai Customs, JAFZA, and other UAE authorities.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (BL)
• Airway Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin
- Delivery Orders
- Process BOE (Bill of Entry) and Export Declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and clearance.
- Maintain records of customs documentation and shipment files.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and trade laws.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams for delivery and invoice processes.
- Resolve customs or shipment-related issues and delays.
Requirements
- 2–5 years UAE experience in logistics and customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of:
- Dubai Customs
- Mirsal 2
- JAFZA procedures
- Import/export documentation
- Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain operations preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent shipments.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
