Overview
We are hiring Customer Service & Operations Support Executives for a leading outdoor adventure and experience-driven destination in Dubai.
Location
Palm & Desert location in Dubai
Duration: 2 months
If you enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and have strong communication and coordination skills, this could be a great opportunity to be part of a unique experience-driven operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer check-ins and booking confirmations
- Verify customer documents, waivers, licenses, and operational requirements
- Handle payments, vouchers, deposits, and cash reconciliation
- Support customer inquiries, reservations, modifications, and VIP bookings
- Coordinate rescheduling and refund requests when required
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for finance and operations teams
- Work with booking and manifest systems along with Microsoft Office tools
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Presentable and customer-service oriented personality
- Comfortable handling front-line customer interactions
- Good administrative and coordination skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, aviation, or customer service environments is preferred
- Experience with booking systems, Burble, and Microsoft Office tools is required
- Available to work across both Palm and Desert locations in Dubai
- Immediate joiners preferred
