Operations Executive – Logistics Specialist

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive specializing in logistics to manage daily supply chain operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations (inbound & outbound shipments)
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients/sites
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note, etc.)
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
• Handle logistics-related issues and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and logistics performance
• Optimize transportation routes and reduce logistics costs
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Familiarity with customs regulations (Qatar/GCC preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
