Logistics Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team in Qatar, specializing in land freight and cross-border transport (Qatar to Saudi Arabia and UAE).
The ideal candidate must have both operational knowledge and the ability to bring new clients in the logistics and cargo transport sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for cross-border goods transport
Build relationships with clearing agents, trading companies, and individual clients
Manage and coordinate shipments from Doha to KSA/UAE
Handle documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipment details)
Ensure smooth border clearance and delivery process
Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads and operations
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, freight, or transport operations
Knowledge of Qatar–Saudi / UAE border procedures
Existing client base or ability to generate leads
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary + commission on each shipment
