About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Female Operations Executive** to support and streamline our day-to-day business activities.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, coordinating between departments, site teams, and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams, site supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across office staff, site teams, and clients
- Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
Requirements
- **Female candidates only**
- **Must hold a spouse visa/Freelance Visa**
- **English language proficiency is mandatory**
- **Must be currently living in Abu Dhabi city only**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, site coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be ready to join immediately
