About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the Supply Chain Manager across the full spectrum of supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate is a numerically strong, tech-savvy all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively with management, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the day-to-day coordination of supply chain activities
- Manage and monitor procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate distribution and logistics operations to meet delivery timelines
- Support costing and pricing activities, including data gathering and analysis
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on supply chain performance metrics
- Operate and manage data within the ERP system (Odoo preferred) to ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and senior management
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in ERP systems; experience with Odoo is highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modelling, dashboards)
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
- Familiarity with procurement, stock control, distribution, and costing functions
- Experience with Power BI for building operational dashboards and performance reports
- Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
