Operations Executive (1–4 Years Experience)
A proactive, detail-oriented professional to support daily operations and improve efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory planning, stock control, and allocation
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier coordination
- Oversee logistics, including international shipping and customs
- Work with finance on payments, receivables, and reporting
- Prepare reports and assist with sales analysis
- Support retail and e-commerce operations (listings, inventory, orders)
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements
- 1–4 years’ experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
