Role Description
Smooth is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and support our sales operations process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales team applications
- Track, update, and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets
- Ensure all submitted applications and supporting documents are complete and properly recorded
- Communicate internally with the sales team regarding application progress and pending requirements
- Maintain organized data and reporting for management review
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- **Attention to detail and accuracy**
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, admin support, or fintech/banking processes is a plus
