Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive to manage logistics, supply chain activities, general market operations, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely deliveries, and strong client relationships.

Candidates with a working background in dental laboratories are highly preferred, as the role also involves overseeing daily lab operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards in dental production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily dental lab operations
• Ensure timely delivery of dental prosthetics and appliances
• Liaise with dentists, clinics, and technicians for case coordination
• Monitor production schedules and workflow efficiency
• Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory management
• Monitor stock levels and manage procurement processes
• Handle general market operations and vendor coordination
• Communicate with clients for order updates, queries, and issue resolution
• Ensure timely execution of orders and delivery schedules
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately
• Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dental laboratory environment
• Strong understanding of dental prosthetics, crowns, bridges, and implants
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and client-handling abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems
• Experience in UAE market is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the UAE healthcare sector (advantage)
