Accountant

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (AP, AR, General Ledger)
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Assist in inventory tracking (materials, lab supplies, finished dental products)
• Support cost tracking for production (materials, lab work, outsourcing)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Assist in VAT calculations, filing, and documentation as per UAE regulations
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for payment processing
• Assist during audits and provide required documents

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT
• ACCA/CPA (completed or pursuing) is an advantage

Experience

• Junior Level: 1–3 years of experience
• Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or dental lab industry is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Basic understanding of inventory and cost accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
