Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery seeks an operations lead for its last-mile service in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports the launch and operation of a new fast-delivery service and third-party store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily end-to-end last-mile operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites, including dispatch.
- Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets, safety, and team morale.
- Manage team-member and delivery-service-partner performance; prepare and implement delivery-associate training and development plans.
- Work with delivery-service partners to improve processes and sustain performance.
- Conduct daily 4M/5S and safety GEMBA audits at stores.
- Administer policies, including attendance tracking, fairly and consistently; coach associates and provide performance feedback.
- Stand in for the Area Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent spoken, written, and read English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
