Temporary Operations Coordinator role in the TTC Light Rail Transit Business Management Department.
Coordinates multidisciplinary projects, strategic initiatives, and operational assignments supporting LRT operations.
Works with internal partners and public and political stakeholders to advance departmental priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and report LRT program KPIs and other qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Coordinate contractual compliance, issue resolution, process improvement, and reporting with TTC departments.
- Lead LRT Rule Book updates and develop rules and procedures for future expansion projects.
- Prepare business cases for rule changes and variances, including analysis and stakeholder consultations.
- Monitor operational issues, customer service communications, compliance activities, incidents, safety programs, and training requirements.
- Prepare analyses and reports on design reviews from a system-operating perspective.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to communicate through a variety of mediums and manage information and records.
- Supports diversity, inclusion, respect, and accessibility in the work and service environment.
Work arrangement
- The posting states the position is hybrid.
Schedule
- Temporary appointment of up to 12 months.
- 35 weekly hours, day shift, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Salary
- Posted salary range is $115,570.00 to $144,526.20; no pay cadence is specified.
