Senior Analyst, Performance Reporting

Role overview

What you will do

• Conduct advanced data analysis, modeling, data mining, and visualization.
• Develop reporting on contractual and team performance and key performance indicators.
• Create and facilitate training to support reporting practices and dashboard adoption.
• Prepare executive briefings on performance results, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support an inclusive, respectful work and service environment and participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent education, training, and experience, with performance reporting experience.
• Experience developing measurable performance metrics and reporting progress against corporate plans, business plans, transformation programs, and business cases.
• Extensive financial and operational data analysis, modeling, measurement reporting, and presentation experience.
• Knowledge of project management methods and experience managing projects of varied sizes.
• Strong BI and analytics platform knowledge; Power BI experience is essential.
• Hands-on experience with multi-department e-learning needs assessment, design, development, and implementation.
• Expert MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge; strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of data segmentation, clustering, and advanced analytics; SAP experience is an asset.

Tools and capabilities
