About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for **pro- active Lady** **(Arabic Nationality)** **Operations Coordinator** to join our team.
In this role, you will gently support daily market follow-ups, assist with supplier coordination, help keep pricing information up to date, and work closely with the sales team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
You will collaborate with management and colleagues across the team, playing a supportive role in ensuring everything runs in an organized and efficient way.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Operations & Coordination***
- Coordinate daily activities between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Support internal/external communication and follow up on tasks across teams
- Support management in organizing and improving daily operations
- ***Marketing Support***
- Support marketing-related activities and initiatives
- Monitor market trends and provide insights when needed
- Coordinate with management and the sales team to support marketing efforts
- ***Team Collaboration***
- Act as a link between management and sales team to maintain smooth communication
- Follow up on ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion
- Support in planning and organizing daily business activities
- ***Data & Reporting***
- Maintain accurate records of operational and marketing data
- Prepare simple daily or weekly reports
- Track the progress of ongoing tasks and activities
- ***Requirements***
- Background or experience in marketing is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic (speaking is essential)
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
