Role Description
The Land Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the smooth execution of supply chain activities.
Key responsibilities
include overseeing customs clearance processes, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate administrative records, and managing communication between clients and internal teams.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and monitor daily land transportation shipments across GCC countries
- Coordinate truck and driver information with transport companies and clients
- Prepare and update shipment tracking reports and operational updates
- Handle customs-related documentation and shipment paperwork
- Prepare and submit transport and customs documentation accurately
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams and transporters regarding shipment status
- Assist in invoicing, trip verification, and operational records
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, transporters, and internal teams
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of shipments and transport records
Requirements
✔ Experience in land transportation / logistics operations preferred
✔ Knowledge of GCC transportation and customs procedures is an advantage
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
✔ English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus)
