About the Role
Assigning and informing works other than priority 1 calls to the concerned Engineers, Supervisors and Team Leaders.
Generation of work orders for CM, MW and QIR works.
Responsibilities
- Typing remedies for each work order
- Completion of work orders
- Arranging necessary documents for billing and variable work orders
- Filing of work orders
- Making purchase requisition and forward to concern
- Material punching in Oracle
- Preparation of quotation and maintaining records
- Labour reporting entry in Oracle
- Good knowledge in Excel, word and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Standard) is a must and Diploma is desired.
Required Skills
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience
- Attention to detail, reliability and result orientation
- Flexibility and Grooming and appearance
- Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
