Overview
United Security Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between departments, site teams, and clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience handling operational documentation, staff deployment, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and manpower deployment.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, and staff movement.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and client updates.
- Coordinate with HR, transport, accommodation, and supervisors.
- Handle client requests and operational follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain records related to employee deployment, leaves, and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination or administration.
- Experience in Security/FM/manpower industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- UAE experience preferred.
