Operations Coordinator
About This Role
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise cleaning & maintenance services for various locations
- Conduct inspections to ensure the cleaning standards are met
- Train and guide staff on the best practices in service
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for the team
- Order and replace cleaning materials as necessary
- Address complaints, issues, and concerns of clients promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare picture reports on cleaning activities
- Create and manage staff work schedules
- Monitoring project timelines and preparing status reports for management
- Develop and implement cleaning service procedures and policies
- Communicate daily schedules and any changes to cleaning staff
- Handle team queries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate issues to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Administration : 1 year (Required)
- Facility Management/Maintenance Company: 2 years (Required)
