The Operations & Logistics Coordinator manages daily service operations, workforce deployment, and logistics for cleaning and technical services.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule daily cleaning and technical service requests from B2C customers.
- Assign technicians, cleaners, and service teams based on location, availability, skills, and workload.
- Coordinate staff transportation, movement, and deployment.
- Track progress to ensure services are completed on time and as scheduled.
- Update customers about appointments, service timings, requirements, and changes.
- Resolve operational issues with supervisors and field teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, availability, overtime, and daily deployment.
- Prepare operational schedules, job sheets, deployment reports, and daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Follow up on completed jobs, customer feedback, complaints, and service quality.
- Coordinate equipment, tools, materials, and consumables; maintain customer-job and service records.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to execute confirmed bookings.
- Support efficiency, manpower utilization, service delivery, and urgent schedule changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, cleaning services, maintenance, or a similar field.
- B2C service operations experience is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; able to manage multiple bookings and field teams.
- Good knowledge of Dubai locations and routes.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills; able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Excel and basic reporting.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Good English and Urdu communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
