The UAE team is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Telesales / Customer Care Executive.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Address customer concerns and provide service.
- Coordinate with operations to support smooth service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills; a positive, customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
- Good computer software knowledge.
- UAE experience is preferred.
