Responsibilities
- Ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage daily operations tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and team management.
- Coordinate team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain operational processes and workflows to use resources efficiently.
- Identify operational problems and inefficiencies, report them to management, and suggest solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships.
- Manage inventory levels and address shortages to prevent workflow disruption.
- Maintain records of operational activities and ensure documents are properly filed.
Experience and license
- At least two years of experience in fit-out work is required.
- A Qatar driving license is required.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,800 to QAR 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
