Job Description
We are a growing media company looking for an experienced and proactive Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations and drive client growth.
This role requires someone who can bring in new clients, manage internal teams (editors and production), coordinate shoots across different locations, and ensure smooth execution of all projects.
The ideal candidate already has strong relationships within the UAE market and understands how to turn connections into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with editors, videographers, and production teams
- Oversee shoots and projects across various locations
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and at high quality
- Handle day-to-day company operations and workflow management
- Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Arabic language is required
- Strong ability to bring in clients and grow business
- Experience managing creative teams (editors, videographers, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Driving license is preferred
