Job Description

Responsibilities

• This is an onsite role for an Operations Associate in our Dubai office.
• This role will be part of a team working shifts that will provide operational coverage for BitGo Trust Company.
• This individual will be responsible for performing high volume, complex, confidential trust operational activities, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for administration and operational support of all accounts under administration
• Experience in KYC and customer due diligence, including verifying identities, collecting and reviewing documents, and assessing risks for Institutional Clients
• Middle office operations for trade settlements, ensuring the timely and accurate confirmation, matching, and lifecycle management of trades.
• Oversee the complete flow of daily transaction processing, from initial data input to finalization and reconciliation
• Perform system testing, identify discrepancies in data, and assist in implementing system enhancements
• Provide operational support for customer support for banking transactions
• Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal & external requests for information
• Serve as a proactive problem-solver by being able to troubleshoot account questions/issues in support of Operations
• Exemplify a willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed by our Management Team

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of KYC and customer due diligence or similar role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector
• Highly effective verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and a commitment to constant improvement
• Highly organized with work tools like emails, spreadsheets, databases
• Extremely high sense of urgency when servicing external and internal clients
• Analytical skills, positive attitude, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• A team player with strong judgment and decision making skills
