Job Description

• The primary focus of this position is to perform education/ vocational and credential evaluations and associated functions for applicants who hold international certificates.

Duties

• and responsibilities
• Review application along with supporting applicant documents and ensures completeness and authenticity of credentials/records
• Proactively follow-up on missing information or other information necessary to complete evaluations on a timely basis
• Understand foreign grading scales and articulates transfer credits to UAE credits
• Prepare accurate assessments of educational and vocational documents in terms of their equivalency to the UAE education system, using UAE rules and regulations.
• Conduct research for respective countries within the desired turnaround time to support high quality evaluations of qualification credentials
• Determine accreditation of institutions and programmes
• Maintain and improve service delivery quality standards
• Collaborate with all stakeholders within the Operations team to ensure quality execution of upstream and downstream processes
• Manage relationships with vendors / partners for delivery of services or required inputs for the services
• Supervision Responsibilities

Education

• and Experience Requirements:
• University degree or above
• Experience in foreign education evaluation and operations is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated level of professionalism and positive attitude
• Willing to work extended hours when required to meet proposal deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communications skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently under pressure, with time-management skill
