We’re looking for a highly experienced
Operations Architect
to define and govern the operational backbone of a large-scale, multi-vendor digital platform.
This role ensures services are production-ready, observable, resilient, and supportable at enterprise scale.
What You’ll Do
- You will design and standardize the end-to-end operational model across platforms, vendors, and environments:
- Define operational architecture and ITSM-aligned service management model
- Establish observability standards (metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, OTel instrumentation)
- Define SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, and operational KPIs with vendor accountability
- Design incident management workflows (escalation, RCA, ITSM integration, runbooks)
- Define change and release management processes (canary releases, rollback, feature flags)
- Establish DR/BCP strategies (RPO/RTO, failover design, backup/restore testing)
- Define capacity and performance management practices (load testing, scaling, resource planning)
- Integrate security operations (SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability management, patch SLAs)
- Implement FinOps operational controls (cost monitoring, tagging, budgets, optimization)
- Lead operational readiness, handover, and stabilization across vendors
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps leadership, or operations architecture
- Strong background in cloud-native operations and service reliability engineering
- Experience defining and managing SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs
- Deep understanding of observability and telemetry-driven operations
- Proven experience in DR, incident management, and production support models
- Ability to standardize operations across multiple vendors and teams
