As a Bid Manager, you will coordinate the end-to-end bid process, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with client requirements, facilitating collaboration across functions, and supporting the successful transition of awarded projects to operational teams.
What We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience managing bids for public sector contracts or strong project management experience in a comparable environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong contractual and business writing skills.
