Job Summary
Velement Worldwide is a custom architectural signage and visual branding company specializing in high-end signage, large format printing, fabrication, and display solutions.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations & Accounts Coordinator to support our Dubai operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, accounting coordination, procurement, and project support within signage, fit-out, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on material orders
- Track vendor payments and client receivables
- Maintain organized project files and operational documents
- Assist with procurement and material sourcing
- Coordinate internally with sales, production, and installation teams
- Update project tracking sheets and operational reports
- Support day-to-day office administration
- Assist with accounting documentation and VAT records
- Follow up on approvals, delivery schedules, and pending items
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UAE preferred
- Experience in signage, fit-out, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Familiarity with invoicing, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Salary
AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 depending on experience
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
