Overview
- *Role Summary*
- We are seeking a highly capable AI Trainer and Program Lead who can manage the program end to end from curriculum design to delivery and student outcomes.
- The ideal candidate should be able to translate artificial intelligence into real business use cases, automation workflows and practical implementations rather than focusing only on theory.
- *Key Responsibilities*
- Curriculum Design and Development
- Design and continuously update a one year Applied AI curriculum aligned with current industry needs
- Develop structured modules covering AI fundamentals generative AI prompt engineering AI tools workflow automation and AI applications across business functions
- Create lesson plans presentations assignments case studies and capstone projects
- Ensure the curriculum is practical project based and outcome oriented
- *Training and Delivery*
- Deliver engaging sessions in both online and offline formats
- Teach learners from non-technical and intermediate backgrounds
- Conduct workshops hands on labs and live build sessions
- Simplify complex AI concepts into clear business focused understanding
- *Practical Implementation and Projects*
- Guide students in building AI powered workflows chatbots and automation systems
- Mentor capstone projects that solve real business problems
- Ensure students graduate with strong portfolios and practical experience
- *Tools and Technology*
- Work with and teach tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make n8n, OpenAI, APIs LangChain, Hugging Face Excel SQL and Python
- Leverage no code and low code tools where relevant
- Student Mentorship and Outcomes
- Provide one on one mentorship and academic support
- Track and evaluate student progress
- Support portfolio building resume preparation and project documentation
- Drive job readiness and entrepreneurial outcomes
- *Program Management*
- Plan and manage the academic calendar and delivery schedule
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams
- Maintain learning systems content repositories and assessments
- Continuously improve the program using feedback and performance data
- *Industry Integration*
- Incorporate real business case studies into the program
- Stay updated with latest developments in AI and automation
- Support partnerships for guest sessions internships and placement opportunities
- *Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Data Science Computer Science or a related field or equivalent industry experience
- *Experience*
- 2-5 or more years of experience in AI data automation or training
- Demonstrated experience in building or implementing real world AI or automation solutions
**Required Skills*
- Strong understanding of applied AI generative AI and business process automation
- Ability to connect AI solutions with real business value and execution
- Excellent communication and teaching ability
- Capability to teach non-technical audiences effectively
- Hands on experience with prompt engineering APIs and workflow automation
- Basic to intermediate Python is preferred
- *Preferred Profile*
- Experience building or deploying AI driven automation systems
- Background in startups consulting or business operations
- Prior teaching or training experience
- Strong portfolio with real projects

- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
