What You Will Do

Business Development

• Market research, prospect targeting and stakeholder outreach (Apollo, LinkedIn)
• Supplier portal registrations and opportunity monitoring
• Proposal coordination, presentations and weekly reporting packs

Marketing

• Manage LinkedIn, X and website content
• Execute content calendars and design branded assets in Canva
• Support thought leadership and campaign activity

Recruitment

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening and interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines and prepare profiles for submission

What We Are Looking For

• Background in management consulting, GRC or professional services (required)
• UAE or GCC market knowledge (strongly preferred)
• Strong written English and confidence using Microsoft Office and Canva
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
• Professional, commercially aware and discreet with confidential information
• Someone who enjoys variety and can comfortably switch between functions
