Hands-on individual-contributor role supporting problem-solving, project delivery, and continuous improvement across Washmen and The Finery.
Works across business functions and partners with Product and Tech on systems, features, automations, and AI-enabled solutions.
Reports to the Operations Director and has exposure to leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects spanning Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Product, Tech, Marketing, and other areas.
- Investigate operational problems, find root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Analyze performance and data for trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Get close to day-to-day operations to understand what is happening beyond the numbers.
- Improve processes, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Translate operational needs into tools, systems, and product features with Product and Tech.
- Explore and implement AI and automation for workflows, decisions, productivity, and customer experience.
- Build reports and tracking to improve visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or analytical environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working with data and business tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- Curious about technology, automation, and AI; does not need to be an engineer but should learn tools quickly.
- Experience in operations, project management, analytics, consulting, startups, scale-ups, technology, or consumer services is a plus.
