Hands-on individual-contributor role solving problems, executing projects, and improving operations across Washmen and The Finery.
Works across business areas and collaborates with Product and Tech on systems, features, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Reports to the Operations Director and has exposure to leadership-level decisions and problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Work on operational projects across production, customer service, logistics, product, technology, marketing, and other areas.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions; analyze performance data for trends and opportunities.
- Understand on-the-ground operations and implement improvements to processes, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Translate operational needs into tools, systems, and product features with Product and Tech.
- Explore AI and automation for workflows, decision-making, productivity, and customer experience; build reports and tracking.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or analytical environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with data and digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and other business systems.
- Experience in operations, project management, analytics, consulting, startups, scale-ups, technology, or consumer services is a plus.
