Join Nucleus Financial’s Business Administration & Oversight team as an Operations Analyst.
Customer service is central, balancing customer needs with a varied workload and resolving queries within agreed timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Apply money, handle client queries, process transfers, and respond to pension queries.
- Support advisers and customers, managing multiple queries within agreed timeframes.
- Identify control improvements, help design and implement them, and safeguard client money within the risk framework.
- Adapt across the department, share knowledge, keep operations running smoothly, and improve processes and customer journeys.
Candidate profile
- Previous financial services industry experience; wrap-platform experience is desirable.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize impactful work, maintain detail, manage conflicting priorities, anticipate others’ needs, and solve problems.
- Values helping people and supporting colleagues.
