About This Role

he Admin Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the tracking company. This role involves maintaining records, coordinating with clients and field staff, handling documentation, managing inventory (such as GPS devices), and supporting daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, client data, and service histories.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors.
  • Client & Field Coordination:
  • Coordinate with field technicians for device installations, removals, or servicing.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and service updates.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track stock of GPS devices, SIM cards, and related hardware.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and return of tracking equipment.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Update internal systems with device activation, deactivation, and renewal status.
  • Generate periodic reports on installations, customer issues, and service efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM system or tracking software.
  • Support Operations:
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and client agreements.
  • Help in compliance-related documentation and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in logistics, tracking, or telecom.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
