- We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in Al Ain Center, collaborating with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
- In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support and work directly with Center Head - Al Ain COE – UAE, also provide support to business stream as needed.
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, appointments, travel arrangements for managers.
- Coordinate communications, track and follow-up on requests and identify those of importance which require immediate attention.
- Coordinate diary management, oversee flight and hotel bookings, develop complex travel itineraries, and manage schedules and agendas for incoming visitors.
- Work closely with all Managers and team onshore and offshore to support any ad hoc requirements.
- Assist in the arrangements for training within the region, reward/recognition ceremonies and team events.
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation.
- Ensure Head of Site and manager are properly prepared for meetings, has completed any Action Points from previous meetings and has documents available prior to meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and capture action items for management meetings and distribute as required.
- Raise fusion expenses and procurement.
- Close coordination and support for the teams in Al Ain Center.
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality
- High Initiative combined with high attention to detail
- Use of Office product suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
- Proven ability in time and diary management and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure is essential
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
