Job description

• Lead

RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)

• cycles — identifying risks, evaluating controls, and driving mitigation follow-ups

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in
• risk management, credit analysis, or compliance
• within banking or financial services

• RCSA frameworks, BCP/BIA, or operational risk tools
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with financial data, credit portfolios, and risk models
• Excellent written communication — able to prepare clear reports and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
