Role Description
The Operational Director (Russian Speaker) Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This position oversees day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including property management activities, coordination with service providers, and monitoring of operational performance.
The role includes developing and implementing operational policies, optimizing processes, and ensuring a high level of customer service for investors, tenants, and partners.
The Operational Director will manage and mentor operational staff, align budgets with strategic objectives, and provide analytical reports and insights to senior leadership.
Regular tasks also involve liaising with Russian-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills with proven experience in overseeing real estate or property-related activities.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and support operational decision-making.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or investment operations in Dubai or similar markets is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
