Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager specializing in real estate, based in Dubai.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, generating leads, and building brand presence.
The role requires collaborating with sales teams, creating promotional content, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Fluency in Russian is essential to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Planning
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Strong Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation expertise
- Fluency in Russian and English is must
- Experience in the real estate market
