Company Description

Harakter Invest is a Dubai-based real estate investment company focused on identifying, acquiring, and managing high-potential property assets in dynamic markets.

The CFO will manage the preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements and reports for internal leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.

The role includes establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating audits.

The CFO will support transaction structuring, debt and equity financing, and deal due diligence, while providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Close collaboration with investment, legal, and operations teams is expected, and the CFO will communicate regularly with Russian-speaking stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and real estate investment environments.
  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities, risks, and returns.
  • Fluent or native Russian language skills, with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO or Finance Director, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management in the MENA region is highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax considerations, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) or an MBA is preferred.
  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
