As an

, you'll play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of our operational processes across retail showrooms, warehouses, logistics, delivery, installation, fleet, and support facilities.

You'll be responsible for conducting risk-based operational audits, identifying control weaknesses, assessing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and recommending improvements that enhance operational performance, cost efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational audits and on-site inspections in accordance with approved audit plans, policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
• Evaluate showroom operations, including product displays, pricing accuracy, visual merchandising compliance, stock availability, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Assess warehouse and logistics operations, including stock storage, inventory controls, product handling, equipment maintenance, and asset protection.
• Review delivery, installation, and fleet operations to ensure compliance with operational standards, equipment readiness, and service quality requirements.
• Conduct customer-site visits to assess delivery and installation workmanship and overall customer experience.
• Inspect company facilities and support services to ensure operational readiness, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established standards.
• Identify operational risks, internal control weaknesses, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, communicate findings and recommendations to management, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operational auditing, retail operations, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of retail showroom operations, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, delivery, installation, and fleet management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with operational teams and management.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, professional judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to operational sites and conduct field inspections.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
