- SOCPA Associate Membership is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and develop professionally.

- High GPA or strong academic performance is preferred.
