Operation Specialist

Role overview

Boutique operations and processes

• Improve store operational efficiency through enhanced processes, tools, and programs, collaborating with IT, F&A, Marketing, Security, Sales, Training, Logistics, and HR.
• Recommend process-gap and bottleneck remedies and simplify repetitive back-office activities, ownership, routines, and reporting.
• Partner on local adaptation and implementation of retail projects, initiatives, guidelines, and the Bulgari Store Essential Book.
• Visit stores to monitor needs, resolve issues, implement action plans, and ensure procedures are established and followed.

Technology and stakeholder coordination

• Coordinate adoption and feedback for new in-store tools, technologies, dashboards, and applications.
• Gather and prioritize boutique requirements with local and Central IT, troubleshoot recurring issues, support testing and enhancements, and track feedback through resolution.
• Liaise between Store Managers and local or central departments to support communication, follow-up, and information sharing.

Network and store projects

• Support retail network development analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate operational activities and readiness for store openings and renovations, including systems, procedures, inventory, packaging, security, and cross-functional requirements.
• Partner with Inventory Control to improve inventory management, stock visibility, cycle-count discipline, and discrepancy reduction.

Key knowledge and competencies

• Knowledge of project management, retail POS systems, store processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and IT store applications, systems, and tools.
• Ability to challenge the status quo, demonstrate business awareness and flexibility, and communicate with different stakeholders.
