Role overview

Bulgari Middle East seeks a Client Advisor and Sales Support professional for its boutique team.

The role focuses on an inspirational luxury shopping experience, sales opportunities, product knowledge, and effective boutique operations.

Client service and sales

  • Welcome clients and prospects for browsing, purchases, after-sales needs, and complaints.
  • Understand client needs, provide customized advice, and introduce clients to the brand.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
  • Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging using appropriate selling techniques.
  • Contribute to store targets, service KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Register client data for future contact, personalized CRM actions, and client development.
  • Perform one-to-one CRM activities and follow sales procedures and guidelines.

Boutique and after-sales duties

  • Keep the shop's front area clean and products displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Take in customer repair items, conduct a brief interview, and enter details in SAP.
  • Follow repair estimates, lead-time updates, returns, and invoicing to support customer satisfaction.
  • Complete online training and participate in scheduled training sessions.

Profile

  • At least 5 to 7 years of sales experience in a luxury environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Arabic is a strong asset.
  • Marketing and customer relationship management techniques experience is ideal.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills are expected.
  • Commitment, organization, conscientiousness, and a team-oriented approach are sought.
  • Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures is an advantage.
  • Work with integrity and respect to support operational effectiveness.
