Join Bulgari's Dubai Mall team as a Client Advisor and Sales Support professional.
Deliver an inspirational luxury shopping experience, maximize sales opportunities, support boutique operations, and contribute to store targets.
Client service and sales
- Welcome visitors seeking browsing, purchases, after-sales help, or complaint resolution.
- Listen to client needs, give customized advice, and introduce clients to the brand.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome through packaging using the required selling standards.
- Contribute to store and service KPIs.
CRM and boutique operations
- Register client details in the dedicated system for future contact, personalized CRM actions, and client development.
- Perform one-to-one CRM activities and follow sales procedures and guidelines.
- Keep the front area clean and products displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support peers and colleagues in the efficient running of the boutique.
After-sales and training
- Receive customer repair items, conduct a brief interview, and record details in SAP.
- Follow up on estimate approval, repair lead times, returns, and invoicing to pursue customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and attend assigned training sessions.
Candidate profile
- At least five years of sales experience in jewelry or a similar role within a luxury or fashion brand.
- Experience with marketing and customer relationship management techniques is required.
- Written and spoken English proficiency is essential.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills, business awareness, integrity, and respect are important.
- Ability to network outside the store to find prospective clients and build a client base.
- Bulgari product knowledge, selling skills, and store procedure knowledge are advantageous.
- Be an organized, conscientious, driven team player.
