Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day travel agency operations, manage the sales and ticketing team, and ensure smooth coordination between departments for optimal customer satisfaction and business growth.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations for the travel and tourism business
- Supervise ticketing, sales, and customer service teams
- Implement business strategies to meet company targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and corporate clients for business expansion
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
- Handle escalated customer issues efficiently
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Travel Agent,Tour Operator
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel/tourism operations management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Special Requirements
- Prior experience in managing travel agency operations
- Knowledge of GDS systems, airline bookings, and group ticketing preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License
