Fund Operation Manager/Head｜对冲基金
About This Role
全面负责 对冲基金日常运营管理，涵盖：
Trade support / P&L reconciliation
NAV 核对、估值流程管理
资金流水、现金管理、对账
管理并对接 Prime Broker、Fund Administrator、Custodian、Auditor、Bank
建立和优化 基金运营流程、内部控制与操作规范
协调 交易团队 / 投研 / 风控 / 合规，确保运营与交易的高效衔接
参与新基金结构搭建、账户开设及系统上线
支持监管、合规及审计相关工作
任职要求（Must-have）
⚠️ 仅考虑对冲基金行业候选人
必须具有 对冲基金（Hedge Fund）运营经验
（公募、券商后台、信托、私募但非对冲结构者不适合）
中英文工作能力（可直接进行专业沟通）
